an update on the defunct website

i am planning to put some of the photos from rabak.net onto these pages for our viewing pleasure. morgan freeman (march of the penguins) would put it in a more memorable voice with a ring: "only some have/will survive". so some have. the moon rising over my lens. slowly enough not to leave a blur. can't i be a shade more poetic and just say the moon rising over barbed wire in a late september, central washington afternoon? just did. i brought only one lens, a 135mm lightweight, on a late afternoon drive, and instead of limiting myself with the farely strong telephoto i saw things clearer. i am more-is-more kind a guy most of the time but the exceptions make it worth my while. continues...
