weed against fence

i am afraid that my eye was mostly drawn to the fences along the coast. in four months, my eye will be mostly drawn to the splashing waves against the headlands at twilight. and the dining table. there will be some reflective summer moments in the following posts. in many different ways. it has been a summer sampled unlike what i'd normally experience in croatia, or memphis for that matter (ha,ha). also unlike a washington state summer. if this doesn't set up the next several posts i don't know what would. short of getting on with it. i didn't recognize any photogenic permutation of trees and benches in front of coastal fences so i'm starting the series with some weed alone. now we can rest assured that i still got it.
